Elite One-Stop℠ Policy
Elite One-Stop℠ by Elite Education Training Center does not "sell" in-services. Each individual is required to take each course and pass the examination in order to receive their certificate. Failure to pass an examination after two attempts will result in no certification and no refund of monies paid to Elite One-Stop℠ by Elite Education Training Center. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
Refund Policy
Elite One-Stop℠ by Elite Education Training Center allows test takers two (2) attempts to pass an examination. Failure to pass an examination on the second attempt will result in no certification and no refund of monies paid to Elite One-Stop℠ by Elite Education Training Center. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
Retake Policy
It is our policy to allow test takers two (2) attempts to pass an examination. If after two attempts a 'pass' result is not achieved a test will have to be purchased again and retaken by the test-taker.
Receiving Certificates
Due to the online nature of our examinations, test takers will be sent certification via electronic mail between 1-2 business days for immediate use, and later by physical mail for their records. Test takers should receive their paper certifications by physical mail in 5-7 business day after their examinations have been passed. Certifications on paper may also be picked up in-person at our institution.
